Summary of Pandora's Box:

Zeus decided, in all his godly wisdom, that humankind was "not good enough" for gifts, particularly fire. But Prometheus really liked mankind, so he went behind Zeus's back and brought us the gift of fire. Then Zeus got all tricky and presented Prometheus's brother (who wasn't very good at thinking before he did things, and who had not been warned to never accept gifts from Zeus) with a "gift"- the first woman, Pandora. Along with Pandora came a box with a warning to never open it, and Epimetheus (Prometheus's brother) tried to prevent her from opening it. However, one day she was alone and got very curious and opened the box a little- just to peek! Apparently, though, in doing this, she unleashed literally all of the evils known to man (which seems pretty unfortunate to me). But also, she released hope, so at least she didn't wreck EVERYTHING. Just like 95% of everything.

Evils that I would rid the world of:

-fun experiences coming to an end
-geographical distance between friends
-finite phone batteries
-whoever created the whole college application process
-AP Chemistry
-time spent WAITING for things
-buffering/loading
-many things about our National Education System

This picture is a modern cartoon of Pandora's box, with Middle Eastern politics and Iran being the subject.
