Evil I'd like to Squelch - Angela Tseng

Prometheus was the benefactor of humans that brought the humans the gift of fire behind the back of Zeus, the king of gods. In order to get back at him, he gave his brother, Epimetheus, the first woman named Pandora as a bride, along with a gift of a box that Zeus instructed the couple never to open. Prometheus warned his brother against gifts from Zeus but Epimetheus didn't listen and accepted them anyway. One day, out of curiosity, Pandora opened the box that Zeus had given her and unleashed all kinds of terrors such as illness upon mankind but also hope.

An evil I'd like to squelch in this world are toxic people. By toxic people I mean both people who curse a lot and also people who do nothing but bash on other people. I personally don't like cursing because I just don't like the way it sounds and I think that people who use curse words for absolutely no reason shouldn't. If something terrible happens it makes sense, but using it as part of your everyday vocabulary is excessive. In addition I really don't like people who just bash on others because most people who do something wrong already realize that they've done something wrong, you don't have to tell them. Even if someone doesn't know, tell them is fine but yelling at them and making them feel even worse about what they did is unnecessary and evil.
